Components are machined to order so please allow approximately one week for treated softwood and three weeks for oak components.
Depending on the size of the top rail. Posts need to be 1.8m to 3m apart.
100mm x 47mm not recommended for use on spans over 2m
150mm x 47mm not recommended for spans over 3m
200mm x 47mm is recommended for spans over 3m
The pergola is stronger if the supporting rafters are doubled up either side of the posts.
A delivery service is available at very reasonable rates and is charged based on your location. All products can be collected during opening hours free of charge from the Timber Yard at Weston Subedge.
